Information we collect
We collect information you provide when you contact us, create an account, submit a transportation request, apply as a Carrier, or use the One Tow Away platform. This can include contact details, account information, business information, vehicle and transportation-request details, and documents or messages you choose to provide.
Google sign-in
You may choose to sign in with Google. Google authenticates you, and Microsoft Entra External ID provides One Tow Away with the identity information needed to create or access your account, such as your name, email address, and a stable account identifier. One Tow Away does not receive or store your Google password.
One Tow Away uses Google sign-in only to authenticate your account. We do not request access to your Gmail messages, Google Drive files, contacts, calendar, or other Google account content. We do not use Google sign-in information for advertising.
How we use information
- Operate, secure, and improve the One Tow Away website and platform.
- Authenticate users and protect accounts from unauthorized access.
- Process transportation requests, carrier applications, and related communications.
- Provide customer support and respond to inquiries.
- Meet legal, safety, fraud-prevention, and recordkeeping obligations.
How information is shared
We share information with service providers that support the platform, including hosting, identity, communications, storage, and security providers. We may share information with Shippers, Carriers, or other parties when necessary to operate a requested transportation service. We may also disclose information when required by law or to protect the rights, safety, and security of One Tow Away, our users, or others.
Security and retention
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure. We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the platform, meet our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements.
Your choices
You may contact us to request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information, subject to applicable law and legitimate operational or legal retention requirements. You can also manage Google connections through your Google Account permissions.
