By accessing or using One Tow Away, you agree to these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the website or platform.
The platform
One Tow Away provides technology that helps Shippers and approved Carriers communicate about vehicle transportation opportunities and related work. Availability, pricing, transportation details, and service outcomes may vary by request and carrier. The platform does not guarantee that a transportation request will be accepted, completed, or completed by a particular carrier.
Accounts and access
You must provide accurate information, protect your account credentials, and promptly notify us of suspected unauthorized use. You are responsible for activity performed through your account. We may suspend or restrict access where reasonably necessary to protect users, comply with law, investigate misuse, or maintain platform security.
Customer and carrier responsibilities
Shippers are responsible for providing accurate vehicle, pickup, delivery, and contact information. Carriers are responsible for maintaining required licenses, insurance, authority, and compliance obligations, and for providing accurate information to One Tow Away and Shippers. Carrier review or approval is not a guarantee of performance or a substitute for a party’s own due diligence.
Acceptable use
You may not use the platform to violate law, submit false or misleading information, interfere with platform operation, attempt unauthorized access, upload harmful content, or infringe another person’s rights.
Intellectual property
The One Tow Away website, platform, branding, and content are owned by or licensed to One Tow Away and are protected by applicable law. You may use them only as necessary for the intended platform purpose.
Disclaimers and limitation
The website and platform are provided on an “as available” basis. To the extent permitted by law, One Tow Away disclaims warranties not expressly stated in these terms. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited or excluded.
